The most important thing to take care of is the viscosity of your solution. Something too thin will more than likely result in leaky cartridges and wasted molecules. Too thick or concentrated DMT will result in not all your crystal dissolving and potentially running into a re-crystallization issue down the line.
You may also want to keep extra carts in long-term cold storage to preserve potency, and an over-saturated solution will lead to precipitation of DMT at colder temperatures. This tek is a rough guide. It is NOT an absolute, validated protocol that's been empirically tested for recrystallization, leakage, or potency loss issues. It does work to make an e-liquid vape solution though.

. Things You Will Need
The following are the things that you would require for preparing the solution.
- High quality source of crystal freebase N,N-DMT.
- Your choice of solvent
- Flavorless liquidizer terpenes, cannabis derived only
- CBC Isolate oil
- Blend of vegetable glycerine and polypropylene glycol
- Cannabis derived flavored terpenes [optional]
- Thermometer
- Blunt tip syringe like an oral syringe or a vape syringe kit
- Vape cartridge of your choice
- Vape battery of your choice
Make DMT E-liquid Vape Solution: Step-by-Step Guide
- First, prepare your station. Heat water to 150F.
- Pour water into another pot. A crock pot is good, but you can also use a low temp burner.
- Keep water warm but not scalding or boiling temps.
- Mix freebase DMT with your solvent in your mixing glass
- For CBC oil as solvent: Use 50 to 75% pure DMT and 50 to 25D oil. Add 1 drop of flavored cannabis-derived terpenes per mL of solution if using. Less is more. Not necessary if your CBC oil already contains terpenes.)
- For flavorless liquidizer terpenes: 0.5 mL of terpene solvent + 500 mg DMT, a 1:1 ratio. Add 1 drop of flavored cannabis-derived terpenes if using.
- For PG/VG: 0.25 mL of propylene glycol + 0.25 mL of vegetable glycerine + 500 mg DMT. A 1:1 ratio of solvent to DMT.
- Place solution in the warm water and stir until the DMT is fully dissolved.
- If you have plant material in your solution, filter it out now with a coffee filter.
- Draw up your DMT vape solution into your syringe and wait for it to cool.
- Put the DMT solution into your vape cartridge or store it in a syringe long-term.
Conclusion
Educated guesses suggest that these solutions are stable for at least 6 months at room temperature. Likely longer at lower temperatures. Re-crystallization may happen after a specific time after you make DMT e-liquid vape solution and store longer. If DMT recrystallizes in the solution, gently warm the cartridge with your hand, warm water, or a hair dryer until it dissolves again.
